Terms of Service

VBPractice is operated by Simon Hallberg (sole trader), Sweden. You can reach us at simonhallb@gmail.com. By creating an account you accept these terms.

VBPractice is a workspace for volleyball coaches: a drill bank, a court diagram editor, practice planning, game plans and rotations, notes, rosters and a team calendar. It is a planning tool — you remain responsible for the coaching decisions you make with it.

You need an account to use the workspace. Keep your credentials secure, use accurate contact details, and do not share a single account with people who should have their own. You must be able to enter a binding contract in your country.

Three plans are available:

• Free — €0. Unlimited drill bank, 2 practice plans per week, 1 team, basic game plans.
• Coach — €5/month or €50/year. Unlimited practices and teams, full rotation system, presentation and PDF export.
• Club — €15/month or €150/year. Everything in Coach, plus up to 5 coaches sharing one workspace.

Prices are shown in euro and exclude any tax that is added at checkout depending on where you are. We may change prices for future billing periods; you will be told before a change takes effect.

Paid plans are subscriptions billed in advance through our payment processor. They renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Card details are handled by the payment processor — we never see or store your full card number.

You can cancel at any time from the billing page. Cancellation stops future renewals; your paid features stay active until the end of the period you already paid for. After that the account returns to the Free plan. Your data is not deleted when you downgrade — only what you can create next is limited.

Paid plans carry a 14-day right of withdrawal. See the refunds page for how it works and how to ask for one.

Drills, practices, game plans, notes, rosters and files you upload remain yours. You give us only the permission needed to store, process and display that content back to you and to anyone you deliberately share it with through a share link or a club workspace. Only upload content you have the right to use, and do not upload personal data about players beyond what you need for coaching.

Do not use VBPractice to break the law, infringe someone else's rights, upload malware, attempt to access other coaches' data, scrape the service, or resell access. We may suspend an account that does.

We work to keep the service available, but it is provided as-is without a guaranteed uptime level. Features may change as the product develops. Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Swedish law, including your statutory consumer rights.

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time by emailing simonhallb@gmail.com. We may end the agreement if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms.

These terms are governed by Swedish law, and disputes are heard by the Swedish courts. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.

If we change these terms materially, we will notify you in the app or by email before the change applies to you.
