Controller and contact
Controller: Simon Hallberg, sole trader, Sweden. For any privacy question or request, email simonhallb@gmail.com.
What is collected
- Account data — your email address, display name and sign-in method.
- Coaching content — drills, practices, game plans, rotations, notes, teams, player profiles and calendar events you create.
- Uploaded files — images, diagrams and documents you import into your library.
- Billing data — plan, subscription status, period dates and the payment processor's customer and subscription identifiers. Card numbers are never sent to or stored by us.
- Technical data — basic server logs needed to run and secure the service.
Why it is used and on what basis
- To provide the workspace and store your content — performance of our contract with you.
- To take payment and manage subscriptions — performance of our contract, plus legal accounting duties.
- To keep the service secure and prevent abuse — our legitimate interest.
- To answer support emails — our legitimate interest in helping you.
No advertising profiling and no sale of personal data.
Player data you enter
Roster entries and coaching notes may contain personal data about your players. You decide what to record. Keep it limited to what you need for coaching, and tell players (or their guardians) that you keep such notes if that is expected in your club or association.
Processors we rely on
- Application hosting and the database and file storage behind your account.
- Our payment processor, which handles checkout, cards, invoices and tax calculation.
- An AI processing provider, used only when you use the import feature — the file content you import is sent for analysis so it can be turned into structured drills, practices, rosters or game plans.
These providers process data on our instructions under data-processing agreements. Where processing happens outside the EU/EEA, it relies on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How long it is kept
Your content is kept for as long as your account exists. If you delete your account, content is removed from the live systems and disappears from routine backups shortly after. Billing and accounting records are kept for as long as Swedish accounting law requires.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interest. Email simonhallb@gmail.com and we will respond within one month. If you are not happy with the outcome you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY) or the supervisory authority where you live.
Sharing links
When you create a share link for a game plan or practice, anyone with that link can view that item in read-only form until you revoke it. Only share links with the people you intend to.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, you will be told in the app or by email.
