Refund Policy

If you are a consumer in the EU, you may withdraw from a paid subscription within 14 days of the purchase, without giving a reason. Ask within those 14 days and the payment for that period is refunded.

Email simonhallb@gmail.com from the address on your account, with the plan you bought and the date. No form is needed. We confirm by email and start the refund as soon as we have confirmed the purchase.

Refunds are issued through the payment processor to the original payment method. The processor usually returns the money within a few business days, though your bank may take a little longer to show it.

Outside the withdrawal window, subscription periods that have already started are not refunded. You can cancel at any time from the billing page — cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep your paid features until the end of the period you already paid for.

A refund or cancellation never deletes your drills, practices, game plans, notes or rosters. The account simply returns to the Free plan, which limits what you can create next rather than what you already have.
